  53. above, complete it, and send it with a check for the total payment to 
  54. CyberSym Technologies, P.O. Box 127, Providence, UT 84332. Payments 
  55. must be in U.S. dollars (either drawn on a U.S. bank or an 
  56. international postal money order in U.S. dollars). If you need to order 
  57. multiple copies of Dynamic Gin, please fill in a separate form for 
  58. each copy, providing the information for ordered items and services, 
  59. Customer Name, Registered User Information, and E-mail Notification.

  61. the total dollar amounts for different items and services and TOTAL

  100. scenery image collections and the latest versions of Dynamic Gin. With 
  101. all the recent increase in traffic on the World Wide Web, please be 
  102. aware that Web connections don't always work the first time. If you 
  103. don't get a connection to our Web site, try again at a later time.

  105. Ordering through CompuServe's Software Registration Service: 
  106. CompuServe allows you to register shareware and have the charge added 
  107. to your CompuServe bill. To order by this method, log onto CompuServe 
  108. and enter or select GO SWREG. At the first screen select Register 
  109. Shareware. (If you're unfamiliar with the process for registering 
  110. shareware through the SWREG service, you might want to first read the 
  111. instructions by selecting Instructions for Registering Shareware.) You 
  112. can select Dynamic Gin by searching either for the Dynamic Gin title or 
  113. by searching for the Registration ID 11705 (16-bit edition) or 11706 
  114. (32-bit edition). When you have found Dynamic Gin, read the description 
  115. and follow the remaining instructions to register it. Regrettably, 
  116. this service provides no mechanism for you to order program or image 
  117. disks. If you need any of these disks, you'll have to order by one of 
  118. the other methods (we sincerely regret the inconvenience!).
